My insurance said that my co-pay was $10, I was charged $50. After my exam I was surprised with another $55 for a fitting fee that no one told me about. Then when I questioned the Dr's assistant, Hallie, she said that all Cleveland Clinic Drs charge this, then, dismissed me and walked away, while I was asking about it. I won't go back to her again. Dr. Sax was excellent. I will wait for him in the future.
They are doing a great job of keeping everyone safe during Covid. There was not a wait at all. I am very impressed with the Cleveland Clinic!!!
