Cleveland Clinic discharged a very sick woman. We were forced out of the hospital to a rehabilitation facility that is unacceptable. We had no time to inspect the rehabilitation facility. At the rehabilitation, my mom started to bleed from a surgery she three days ago. This hospital is treating people like animals, I would never recommend them to anyone. See of the rehabilitation center they recommend to us we had no idea this would be like this.

am very disappointed with the care I received at Cleveland Clinic. They failed to submit the authorization for my prescribed medication, leaving me in severe pain and without the treatment I need. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially from a facility that patients trust for their health and well-being. Patients deserve better communication, follow-through, and compassion.
Patients beware this place is more worried about co pays then there patients. They collect copays when the insurance company says there isn’t any
