I had total knee replacement on 06/1. Immediate post op orders for pain was Percocet only.today is 6/31. I am having severe lightening pain requiring pain relief. I contacted the orthopedic office via my chart requesting refill. I received a call from Maria stating that I should not still be having pain.however she stated that she will request that a prescription be sent to Sams club pharmacy. Very rude and obnoxious office staff. Used to be very friendly.. One of the nurses was so rude I wanted to walk out....Did not have a supervisor working at the time which is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect.for patients. I will be looking for another provider on the near future.
Too many Consistently Horrible reviews about this location of the Cleveland Clinic to waste time & money to even see if all of these reviews r true. It’s not just one department either, it’s many departments. Thank you all who wrote an honest reviews to help the rest of us especially when it comes to Health Care. This location of the C.C clearly has MAJOR issues
