This place is ridiculous. Black guy didn't check me in, I waited for 40 min, came up to him and he told me that he forgot and the provider can't see me anymore and I have to come back. That's just unacceptable. He is always half asleep. Also their service is very expensive. They bill patients for level 4 for every visit even though the visits are not that complicated and doctors spend only 15 min in patients room. Level 4 is 30-40 min. Not sure how they get away with fraudulent charges!

Dr Levkoff is an excellent Family Medicine Practitioner. She is an excellent listener, is very knowledgeable, and cares about her patients. I highly recommend her.

Beware, Clevland clinic does anxiety and depression screening and medicare apparenty denies this. Was not notified that the usual depression screening would not be covered. Charge 200.00 for a depression screening. Never had this occur previously.

This practice is extremely frustrating. Dr Spatola is good BUT trying to get through the 135 layers of incompetent bureaucracy to actually get to him is just maddening. Slow, unresponsive, poor communication, basic errors, bad attitudes….they have it all! And Dr Levikoff is both rude and utterly clueless so whatever you do, don’t see her! (You’re better off with Google AI.) This all could so easily be so much better if anyone actually cared (or even pretended to care). Sadly, they don’t. So it isn’t
