The worst phone scheduling ever
Just awful! No one picks up the phone and when they do, they transfer you to an endless hold. Doctors offices do not request prior authorizations through insurance. They don't do anything, but charge you. Horrible experience. Never again! If I can give them zero stars I would.
Hours on the phone, no body replays. Keep you on the phone waiting. Worse scheduling service ever!!!!!
Absolutely the WORST SCHEDULING SERVICE EVER. I called daily and was on hold for sometimes over an hour until I hung up...took a week to get through. Staff need to be fired. Unable to move forward with post surgical issues due to this department's complete negligence. I give them an F-
Just had an X-ray, the appointment was 8:30, I arrived at 8:35, and I am done at 8:50! for Cleveland Clinic! They are awesome 🧿 They gave me the CD at 9:00. Kudos! This is my 3rd visit to imaging here, only great things to say
