It’s incomprehensible how I’ve been trying to schedule an MRI, but I just keep hitting walls. The first delay was because I have an implant and it had to be reviewed to make sure it wouldn’t interfere with their equipment. Ok! But there was a long delay because the person was in Ohio I guess they don’t have the internet. I finally thought I had the requisite approval but still couldn’t get an appointment. On 4/23/26 I requested an MRI for my left knee. I have a pacemaker, do special approvals were necessary. My cardiologist approved the MRI on the same day. The radiology department has not been able to schedule the MRi because one key person(Sandra) is out sick. For one month!!! Apparently nobody can do her job. This feels like amateur hour!
The worst phone scheduling ever
Just awful! No one picks up the phone and when they do, they transfer you to an endless hold. Doctors offices do not request prior authorizations through insurance. They don't do anything, but charge you. Horrible experience. Never again! If I can give them zero stars I would.
Hours on the phone, no body replays. Keep you on the phone waiting. Worse scheduling service ever!!!!!
