Have had a cough for 2 weeks that nothing was helping. Stopped at Express Care today and waited 2 minutes to get in! The staff was extremely pleasant and Kevin was awesome. He sent me for a chest x-ray, told me he would call with results which he did 2 hours after I left there. He said he would call in prescription. Very fast and efficient service. Couldn't ask for better. Thank you to everyone there at the facility--front desk, person who took my vitals and Kevin who did all the right things!!!
I can see why this facility has a low rating! I took my son there yesterday who is a sophomore in high school. He is participating in a college baseball showcase in WV and needed a medical form signed. A simple sports physical is all that was required. The person who took us back and measured his weight was questioning what we needed. She said if he was in college they could not do the exam. I again explained he was still in high school. I received nothing but great care I signed I was seen pretty quick . Sent my prescription right to the pharmacy got it excellent care
I cannot describe how useless the call center/front desk is for this location. Rude and unhelpful, kinda sad
