The J11 building floor lobby/waiting room...has filfy uncomfortable Furniture..Guests waiting for their loved ones 4-5-6-7 hours deserve better from the number 1 hospital in the world....why are these waiting rooms so HORRIBLE?????
The staff here used to go above and beyond to make sure their customers receive their medications on time. Now it’s become more of a one man/woman show up front. So please be patient.
