This has been the worst experience. From 12am they have not called anyone back but release 11-12 people. The staff is unprofessional employees using cursing words where you check in. The nursing you hear them laughing loud no one really caring or have a sense of urgency to care for patients I got here at 9pm it's 2:41am and I'm still waiting this is not how a number 1 hospital pose to run. I can sit or stand long it's pain in my back it hurts really really bad.

I am not from United States and I have visited many countries and gone to many hospitals and emergency departments in it, but I have never seen anything dirtier than this emergency department in my life, and the treatment of the nurses was dirtier than the place itself.

I was here today 1-2-25 and the staff was fast with me and other patients. I went to Metro ER 3 days ago and spent there 8 hours but I was released without any prescription for my pain. Cleveland Clinic released me after 3 hours with my antibiotics and other prescriptions. Definitely will go back instead of the other place that only send bills for hearing your heart.
