I’ve had an annual MRI at the Cleveland Clinic Imaging Center in Dublin, OH for several years now, and every experience has been consistently excellent. The scheduling process is always smooth and efficient, and they clearly explain how and when I’ll receive my results, which I really appreciate. What stands out most is the staff. Would not recommend this location! From the person that called to schedule to the receptionist to the actual technician all rude, lacked any care or concern, condescending & had major attitudes! Terrible! Poor representation of Cleveland Clinic!
Terrible. They refuse to honor the agreed upon procedure price and threaten collections for the difference in contractual adjustment.
