Would not recommend this location! From the person that called to schedule to the receptionist to the actual technician all rude, lacked any care or concern, condescending & had major attitudes! Terrible! Poor representation of Cleveland Clinic!
Terrible. They refuse to honor the agreed upon procedure price and threaten collections for the difference in contractual adjustment.
Why do they make you wait in the lobby an hour after your scheduled appointment, EVERY SINGLE TIME.

the worst experience ever. no time management. was told different appointment time when came in. kept telling to wait for more and more ended up keeping me for about 50 minutes waiting. i was told different timing over the phone.. and came in to a different timing. as well the facility worked with me was given a different timing.. very unprofessional
