My experience here today was really good. The front reception was very nice and very quick. Thank you too Ms. Robin and another wonderful lady who helped me check in. The technician Mr. Pavel was very nice and gentle person. He made sure he was feeling comfortable for the MRI.
Easy to find, lots of parking. Registration was a breeze. Explained testing in detail. In and out fairly quickly.
I’ve had an annual MRI at the Cleveland Clinic Imaging Center in Dublin, OH for several years now, and every experience has been consistently excellent. The scheduling process is always smooth and efficient, and they clearly explain how and when I’ll receive my results, which I really appreciate. What stands out most is the staff. Would not recommend this location! From the person that called to schedule to the receptionist to the actual technician all rude, lacked any care or concern, condescending & had major attitudes! Terrible! Poor representation of Cleveland Clinic!
Terrible. They refuse to honor the agreed upon procedure price and threaten collections for the difference in contractual adjustment.
