Both MRIs went well. They gave me headphones to listen to music during the procedure, and I even got a powernap in the tube before I went back to work . Very extensive machine, found a lot of surprises on my back. The place could use a deep clean and a fan in the MRI room since it gets so hot. You usually get a disc of the scan at some point and results take at least a week to get to your provider. I never see anyone else there so it's typically quick. Very extensive machine, found a lot of surprises on my back, unfortunately, but I can tell you it works great! They gave me a disc and paperwork with all the information on what was found.
Five stars is not enough the staff are amazing so helpful and friendly they make you feel comfortable and explained everything to me professionally, the lady on the front desk ( Beth )at Gahanna centre is just a super nice lady. The centre is very clean and friendly I arrived early they served me help with everything I needed. Thank you for your great service.

Was in and out in a pretty timely manner, but that's not the problem I have with this place. When I got there, it was just my boyfriend and I, when I was done it was still just my boyfriend in the waiting area. The person at the front desk gave my fitbit to somebody else. They stated that the person was "familiar and friendly"... they never asked the person to show ID or anything.
