I went to an annual wellness check appointment to establish care. The Nurse practitioner evaluated my health history, asked about prior conditions, surgeries, etc. She made no medical plan regarding my conditions or care, made no medication changes, or referrals. Simply asked what prior conditions I had and documented them. Upon billing she coded the exam as an annual physical and as a standard office visit with the ICD code for my prior condition. I come here every 3 months for labs because of my insurance. I love the phlebotomist here. She is so kind and efficient. Fast and painless. Front office staff is always pleasant and professional too.
