Hospital full of flies and sitting in waiting room with blood on the floor 😒. Never been in such a nasty hospital emergency room before.
Wait times were pretty brutal and the ER was packed, but Nurse Eric was exceptional. He triaged me out front and actually took the time to listen instead of rushing me through. He ended up being my nurse once I finally got a room and was so attentive and had a very calming attitude. The doctor felt pretty distant and rushed in and out, but Eric was constantly checking in, keeping me updated on my results, and making sure I was okay. Hospital visits are stressful, but Eric went above and beyond. We need more like him!
The worst emergency room. been here for 6 hours a person came in only waited less then a hour and got taken to the back customer service is trash definitely won’t recommend to anyone
Every time I have to deal with the Cleveland Clinic it's a nightmare. I've literally never been treated worse by a company in my entire life. Charged thousands and thousands of dollars for next to nothing even with insurance and they can't even be bothered to at least make the process of receiving treatment easy or convenient. Their focus is on greed first and foremost, don't be fooled.
If you have an emergency just use an ambulance. If you check in here you’ll be waiting over 8 hours. They tell you rooms are being cleaned but they only take one patient at a time back to be seen. Either they need to hire more people , or start implementing a better system.
