I went in at about 230AM in the morning and the treatment and care I received was exceptional from beginning to end from receptionist , tech, nurse , Tech doing my CT, and the medical doctor-ALL AMAZING. I felt I was heard, accommodated very well with the nurse and tech always asking me if I was comfortable or even needed a blanket or something to drink and very often check ins.I was given information and education and answers to my questions in simplified English that was understandable. Nurse Mims and Dr. Zoom are amazing. They were so kind. It was seriously the first time I can say a visit to the emergency room was actually pleasant.
Oh Dr. Hill…. Unprofessional with no bedside manner. Nothing like working in healthcare & walking out of an ER in tears, still in pain & my diagnosis is no where in existence….. I was given Zofran in an IV after telling them no I’m not nauseas, also prescribed it to the pharmacy but I’m not nauseas so I’m not filling. My blood pressure was the highest it’s ever been in my life & was told it was going to be rechecked when I “calm down” but never was rechecked. My visit was 9/27 around 11pm. I came after a month of respiratory symptoms and seeing multiple other providers. The ER was able to help me with my symptoms and I’m feeling better within 24 hours. The whole team was very friendly and thoroughly assessed me. I work in healthcare and I know that they looked for everything possible that could be wrong with me. This has to be one of the best care visits I have received in my life. I really commend the staff from last night.
