Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very professional.
Waited 2hrs in room for anyone to come in, didnt even get an ice pack for my injury. No nurse came in, rude staff, nurses were terrible. The nurse in triage was nice. The doctor came in and said for me to go see an orthapedic surgeon and was going to send me home limping with an ace bandage. I went to CVS and got a stablizing brace and went for MRI next morning my primary care physician sent me for, and turns out that I have severe bruising , small fracture, and a small miniscus tear. I do not like hospitals ..I do not like doctors.. but I do like this place! they are fast, thorough, efficient and professional. the place is new and clean and tidy... and the best part is they're open 24 hours

I'm here now. My 17 yo son and I were placed in the psych room being told that was the only room available. 20 minutes later with no contact, I hit the nurse call button. A very rude nurse advised that no nurse had to see him, we were waiting on the nurse practitioner. Could not advise how long of a wait. Meanwhile the room directly across from us was empty when we got here and is still empty. She told me it was on hold for an ambulance.
