This place is an absolute joke. I went here for years and always struggled getting appointments. Recently went in for a miscarriage, the heartbeat stopped and Dr. McKnight didn’t believe that we saw the heart beating exactly a week prior. Made me feel like I was trying to abort my perfectly healthy fetus, scheduled and ultrasound an entire week out and sent me home. I passed the embryo that day at a park. Everyone is very nice when I come here. Dr. McKnight is the best obgyn I've ever met and I feel lucky to have him as my doctor.
There are only a few people who work at the front desk that are polite. After being seen 3 different times at this office one of the scheduling ladies said this office wouldn’t see me because I also have a midwife so she canceled my appointment & Dr.Rambler called me back 10 minutes later to reschedule it. Then yesterday one of their triage nurses was very rude and unwilling to help. I called and informed them I had contractions for 2 hours straight, I couldn’t even move. The lady that answers the phone always RUDE they need to fire her asap it’s always a problem with her rude self smh like why are you being rude to someone possibly losing a child it’s disgusting
