My family had two separate experiences with this hospital. They are profession, caring, well mannered. We really appreciate their help and are happy that although this might be a relatively small hospital, we are happy with their service.
I received 1 wonderful care from the ER doctor night shift. I woke up at 3 a.m. and my back was out knowing I needed it steroid shot. I must say my first Contact with the nurse was not the greatest experience she wanted me to change and get up from the current and I told her I couldn't do that she walked out all irritated the doctor came in and had already pulled out my medical history what's up my x-rays and MRI of my back previous and said I'm giving you three shots she came back in she said she wasn't going to give me any... read more

I've read a lot of bad reviews but I can only speak from experience. I went in for a chemical stress test and they treated me wonderfully. I'd had a stress test 8 years prior and if was so horrendous I was scared to get another injection type test. But the staff made me feel very at ease and the whole thing went incredibly well, far better than expected. There was an issue with insurance coding and they got that worked out but explained the issue to me beforehand so I could make a decision accordingly if necessary. My entire... read more
Terrible hospital. This is the second time leaving without any help. The first time they forgot us in triage room. Grrr.
I have issues with my pancreas and it causes me unbearable pain. The first time I went to ER I Sat in the evaluation room for 15 mins waiting on a nurse then I ended up leaving. Just went again this evening as I had a horrible episode of pain that was not going away and we were in the Dr room for 30-40 waiting on someone to come in and see me. The pain was unbearable. I was moaning and yelling in God awful pain like my stomach was being ripped out and still no Dr. The pain finally eased up some so we decided to go back home ... read more
Since Cleveland Clinic has become involved the hospital has gotten to be lower than snail shit! The MRI department is still good but don't go to the ER because you will die before someone comes to help you. I injured my back and was in intense pain but after more than an hour I had not yet seen the doctor.so I hobbled like the hunch back of notre dame to the bathroom then slowly to the vehicle. They must really be something if they can't see me leave or realize they are missing someone.
