The employees don't want to be there and won't communicate with you. It's like the culture of total burnout is in the air and everyone is ready to leave and doesn't care at all. If you go inside a McDonald's you'll get the same vibe. I expect more from a damn hospital than a fast food joint.

I have gone here for years and the lab techs are all skilled, nice and professional. Wait time is usually minimal even without an appointment. My only complaint is that parking can be difficult.

How many time does the lab forget to draw a lab and makes you keep coming back. Then you call the doctor for the results they have no idea what’s going on. Don’t tell anyone you just had a heart attack they will make you jump thru loops not to mention self pay . I can’t afford for you to mess up my labs ! This has happened twice!

I talked with one of the workers in the scheduling department for this location today at 12:25PM to schedule an appointment with OBGYN for my prenatal checkup. She was very disrespectful, cutting me off while I’m trying to explain my situation. This wasn’t the first time I talked with her, I talked with her on Thursday June 25th @3:37PM she was giving me attitude and talking very rudely. She wasn’t any help for me. I will make sure to complain to the ombudsman office about her, this is NOT okay!
