Worst experience of my life in a medical facility. Secretary at the front text was rude and talked shit about me when I sat down to the security guard. Said she would call in my prescription and never did. I called the office several times and left voicemails and never got a reply back. I then went in to see why they hadn’t sent in my prescription to find out the secretary said she was busy with voicemails and that she was sorry and she would send it in immediately. Id give zero stars if i could. Quite possibly the WORST experience ive ever had coming here. To preface ive have spine surgery in the past and went in for excruciating back pain which was causing bladder issues as well. I was never shown where the call button was located, nor was it placed within my reach. I waited over an hour before being seen by the attending practitioner, PA Brittany Haws. Came here for a general check up with my doctor and experienced some of the most unnecessarily rude office staff ever. I had checked in at the kiosk on the ground floor and proceeded to the waiting room, where i received an automated text to reply when I was ready to be called. I replied and got a message that the check-in process was completed.
