I am writing about Megan N. On Sept 21,2026 an ErRn. She wasn't friendly or caring at all, never smiled. Drew my blood, left on sink it coagulated and couldn't be used so another nurse had to redraw, unnecessary if Megan did her job the 1st time. I asked her about the wait time to be admitted and food and she stated in her documentation I was complaining. Really asking a question is complaining? Had a good experience while I was being seen but just called to ask a question about my medication they prescribed and spoke with Becca she was extremely rude and treated me very poorly
The employees don't want to be there and won't communicate with you. It's like the culture of total burnout is in the air and everyone is ready to leave and doesn't care at all. If you go inside a McDonald's you'll get the same vibe. I expect more from a damn hospital than a fast food joint.
I have gone here for years and the lab techs are all skilled, nice and professional. Wait time is usually minimal even without an appointment. My only complaint is that parking can be difficult.
