Came here for a general check up with my doctor and experienced some of the most unnecessarily rude office staff ever. I had checked in at the kiosk on the ground floor and proceeded to the waiting room, where i received an automated text to reply when I was ready to be called. I replied and got a message that the check-in process was completed.
