Have been here several times the last few years with different family members for a variety of reasons. All staff has always been pleasant and professional. Fortunate to have this facility close by.
I couldn't have asked for better help.I was in extreme pain for several days trying to help myself.I went to Cleveland clinic in Green. I was taken back and immediately had help. Kelsey the physicians assistant helped me in every way. God bless everyone there. Im so much better! Thank everyone!!
A long 2 hour wait was the only down side (which is understandable since the flu is so bad right now), but the waiting room was very uncomfortable. Every staff member was very kind and respectful. We received multiple apologies for the long wait and once we got the to back, I was treated so well. Every nurse and practitioner I saw was so caring and helpful. They brought me blankets, filled my water bottle, and I was able to sleep while waiting for x-ray results (which was much needed).
The nurse with red glasses was extremely rude. We came to the ER with compassion and understanding for the staff we know how chaotic it can be and how often patients are unkind. That was not us. We were there desperately searching for answers after seeing multiple doctors with no clear diagnosis. From the start, the nurse was dismissive. Was admitted and made to strip and put on a gown in front of a security camera which felt violating, heard the doctors talk in the hallway about how severe my swollen tonsils were (using the word "kissing") but waited 7 hours hooked up to an IV and received a mild anti-inflammatory and a little bit of lydocain. Trash the IV equipment was also left on my bed. The one nurse that treated me and security was very nice but the front desk attendee in the ER sunday night was rather rude and impatient.
