My sons brother a Euclid police officer died in the line of duty on Mothers Day , they won’t give my daughter off for the funeral. Manager is cold hearted didn’t even care that he past away . I would never recommend this hospital . Also the ER is one of the worst around , the staff knows it but does nothing to fix it.

We came to meet Dr. Sozen to get confirmation of our pregnancy. This was our first time and this was very sensitive for us. As soon as he came to the room, he was irritated by my wife not being able to understand his instructions for the right position to check the baby by a probe. He argued with me when I asked him to be patient as this was my wife's first time.
