We did not get service for 3 weeks. We were told that the screen door was locked. It doesn’t even have a lock on it and the second screen door doesn’t close all the way. Our pool turned green. So my husband and I called and were told that someone came earlier in the day. Lie. They must be going to some other house.

Have not had any pool maintenance from them for 2weeks. Tried calling to find out the issue 3 times and no call back.

Brandon is AMAZING. We had a terrible experience with Contemporary Pools and we were referred to Brandon at Cleveland Clean, and before we even had a chance to call, he called us! He came out to our home and within two minutes had diagnosed the actual problem (Contemporary gave us bad information and charged us for nothing).
