At first, I was worried. I am in a wheelchair, and normally, most places I go for dental work are not accessible, but this place was perfect, with handicap-accessible automatic double doors. Then once I got in the back, I was able to stay in my chair for X-rays, which was amazing! Then the people were really nice, understanding, and made sure I was comfortable and okay with everything that was discussed and planned.
First appointment was a consultation but I must say it was very friendly, professional and informative. It was quick and I am looking forward to the oral surgeon visit to start my journey on having a pretty and healthy smile.
This place is a joke. A people here are rude. The lady that checks you in at the counter is real disrespectful. They tell you you need a paper. You bring it and they tell you you need something else. I will not recommend this place to nobody in a lady at the counter needs fired. She's is rude and disrespectful to the patients and their families.
