I am a severe hypochondriac, and have really bad health anxiety. When I came in and started getting panicky, the team immediately started comforting me and even making light of hearted jokes to make me feel better. I had to go in and get all four wisdom teeth out, which I believe one was very close to the nerve and two were impacted. The oral surgeon explained to me that I shouldn’t worry too much. The oral surgeon my daughter seen was just outright amazing she explained everything thoroughly and showed us exactly what she was talking about! The first girl who comes in the room was also a total sweetheart! Glad we decided on this place!
At first, I was worried. I am in a wheelchair, and normally, most places I go for dental work are not accessible, but this place was perfect, with handicap-accessible automatic double doors. Then once I got in the back, I was able to stay in my chair for X-rays, which was amazing! Then the people were really nice, understanding, and made sure I was comfortable and okay with everything that was discussed and planned.
