Horrible service missing 2 parts. Can’t contact them.
FRAUD. Like another reviewer, we purchased parts through eBay and Cleveland Chassis sent a letter with tracking stating that the items will be delayed. This was clearly a deliberate FRAUDULENT action because you can communicate very easily through eBay via email and messaging. They then told eBay that the items were delivered and they never heard from us. This is another lie as we have tried reaching out through eBay AND we've called the company directly. 100% scam company avoid at all costs. Ordered things through this company they charged my credit card no tracking number was sent even though it says shipped. It’s been weeks. Absolutely no response email phone calls or messages have been ignored. Stay away!
