Worst experience possible. Installer was exhausted and complained the whole time. Recommended I leave the old underpaid which lead to carpet being dirty all the time. Cleveland ghosted me completely. Would not do anything about the carpet. I went to Roysons and had the carpet replaced. Best experience ever and the carpet looks great. Highly recommend Roysons.

Wow, just the most horrible customer service experience we have ever experienced. Went in store to pick carpet samples twice as we never got a call back after the first time. Second time they set up a time to come do a measurement and give us a quote. During the quote the man installing told my husband some crazy story about how the installer might never be coming back to work, and said he probably shouldn’t be telling him this and just generally over shared information about the business.
