I have to say with the size of Cleveland and the amount of Registrations, Permits, and Plan reviews that the Building and Housing department has to process daily, the team did a great job today. Very knowledgeable and efficient. I came in expecting it would take a little more time than a small locality and if you go in with that understanding and all your correct documents, I would say they doing a great job. Keep up the great work. Much appreciated.
I have called Larry Laprade for over a week and a half and still no return phone call.
I have been calling for 2 days to get a electrical permit for my house and I left multiple messages to get a return call and I never got it an I called today at the opening time an they are sending me to voicemail on first ring
Repeatedly leaving messages for chief building inspector Michael O'Connell and Supervisor Kevin Franklin for past 3 months about a dangerous brick wall adjacent to my business with no call-back or follow up. Concerned someone is going to get seriously injured and it's keeping me from being to park near the wall. Neither has EVER answered their phone. I got one call back from Michael who told me "well we can't force them to do anything." I just want to know that the building owner knows the condition and for the city building... read more
