Robert Cleveland is truly one of the best in town. He is a conscientious professional who clearly knows his craft inside and out. With expertise in construction, plumbing, and electrical work, he handles every aspect of a project with confidence and skill. Bob and his team recently completed major renovations in our 1970’s home and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results and the experience. I cannot recommend Bob and his crew enough. We presented him with an asinine remediation on our addition, necessitated by the shoddy work and shortcuts taken by the previous owners’ during the original construction of the addition. Bob had to get creative but he did not cut corners in shoring everything up properly and to code. His pricing is fair and his work is excellent. It is obvious that he takes pride in what he does. We highly recommend Cleveland Building Company.
We recently had our old deck removed and a beautiful new composite deck installed. Bob did a great job explaining the process and provided frequent updates. We are already planning our next project and would highly recommend Cleveland Building Company!
