Bob and his team recently completed major renovations in our 1970’s home and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results and the experience. We met with several contractors and Bob was the only one to offer alternative suggestions to our ideas and the only one to even ask about our budget. I cannot recommend Bob and his crew enough. We presented him with an asinine remediation on our addition, necessitated by the shoddy work and shortcuts taken by the previous owners’ during the original construction of the addition. Bob had to get creative but he did not cut corners in shoring everything up properly and to code. His pricing is fair and his work is excellent. It is obvious that he takes pride in what he does. We highly recommend Cleveland Building Company.

We recently had our old deck removed and a beautiful new composite deck installed. Bob did a great job explaining the process and provided frequent updates. We are already planning our next project and would highly recommend Cleveland Building Company!

Bob has just built us the most beautiful deck! All work was done properly, conscientiously, and with the utmost care. The result is exactly what we wanted and looks gorgeous! I highly recommend him if you are in need of a deck.
