Has taken awhile to get enough money gathered up to recover from past experience and finally have had time to tear engine down you replaced 1 kit 7000 miles later did the exact same thing parts in oil pan every piston is cracked. Been a long road but no help from you guys thanks
I have traveled and worked all over the US, and have in some way been in contact with a lot of CAT dealerships, branches. Cleveland Bros in Bridgeport, has to be the worst one I have ever dealt with. Some of the field guys are spot on but for the rest of the service department and parts department. Hell no! Absolutely awful! They don't care if you ever get your parts or service that you're paying for.
