I am giving 5 stars for 1 reason .I usually do my own work on my stuff .I ran into a problem and had a tech come out. Drew was phenomenal, can't say enough.Also the service call guy was excellent, didn't catch his name.Parts department guys were all competent and helpful .Prices were high but you should know that going in ,sometimes u gotta pay for quality.👍
All of Cleveland brothers location are not customer friendy and urge everyone to buy parts or get repairs elsewhere. Ive had plenty of work done by them through cat service and rig 360. They eleminated Rig 360 program and now are totally worthless to my company and equipment. If you need parts at a resonable price without sky high markups use McCalister Cat.
Nice people. Quick to unload and you can park overnight in front of main gate Sheets across the street
