Somehow i gave them a 1, but meant to give a 5-star!!
I was at an event where things were a bit mixed up (due to miscommunication on the renter's end), but these guys went above and beyond to fix things and ensure the kids had an amazing time. A true measure of how good a company (or person) is , is how they handle adversity...and these guys (and gals) handle it better than most. Hats off to you!
Really had an easy time dealing with Cleveland Bounce. They set everything up just as we wanted it, the staff was nice, the unit was clean and the price was excellent. Just wish we could have kept it another day!
