Cleveland Best Pest Control is a must use service if you have any unwanted pests around the house! They were quick to respond the same day I noticed two mice in my basement. The technician came out the same day and helped trace the potential entry points, closed them off and laid traps. He came back a week later to check the traps and he was two for two! I cannot say recommend Vaughn and his team enough. I woke up on a Friday morning with bites/welts on my back and feared bed bugs. I had emailed and called 6 places, and Vaughn was the only one that got back to me. He made time to come and do an inspection as soon as he was able, and really made me felt like he cared about my situation. He was incredibly professional, knowledgable, timely, and kind.
