Have used MotorOne twice now after being rear-ended both times and they were nothing short of excellent. Both times the repairs were done really quickly, I was kept up to date during each process and everyone I dealt with had genuinely great customer service. The kindness shown from them all made a stressful time significantly easier. Highly recommend and will definitely use MotorOne again if needed. However fingers crossed no one else hits my car
