If have any issues, Customer Service is horrible! Need filter replacement for Wet Dry Vac (Vacmaster - manufactured by Cleva), part # in manual has 0 results - can't order. Last month purchased a Vacmaster/Cleva wet/dry vac. Need replacement filter however part # in manual comes up with 0 results - there isn't one. Email company via address on website to get one but no one responds. Call, Rep remarks "no one monitors/replies to those", given another email however no reply again. Call again, Rep gives part #, I mention their website says not compatible but they tell me it is. I order, it comes, and nope, wrong filter where w-a-y too small (see pic). 30 days of the runaround. This is the replacement that is broken. I will never buy HART from Walmart. These people are the service after the sale.
