30 days of the runaround. This is the replacement that is broken. I will never buy HART from Walmart. These people are the service after the sale.
Company received my warranty request for the vacuum that was giving me trouble, instructed me that I had to cut the cord on the vacuum/destroy it to proceed with its replacement. Then, a month later, they said they didn't make the vacuum and rejected replacement. This was after I talked to someone on the phone about the process and the product, and after about a month of basically forgetful email correspondence on their part, with piecemeal customer service every week or so until the ultimate denial.
