Company received my warranty request for the vacuum that was giving me trouble, instructed me that I had to cut the cord on the vacuum/destroy it to proceed with its replacement. Then, a month later, they said they didn't make the vacuum and rejected replacement. This was after I talked to someone on the phone about the process and the product, and after about a month of basically forgetful email correspondence on their part, with piecemeal customer service every week or so until the ultimate denial. Customer Service sucks for the lawn Master side of this company. Sit on hold for over 1 hour and finally gave up several times. Was told a month ago that I would have results in no more then 12 business days and yet to hear anything back.
