I don’t recommend his services to anyone. While I clearly communicated my needs and he seemed to follow it for long while he made a last minute change to my paperwork at the closing that went against my pre conditions of a huge investment. It is awful to find that out some long time afterwards since I had the impression that he followed my instructions.
