Avoid - I needed stitches removed and showed up 5 min after their opening time and the door was locked. I called the office and there was no pickup. I called again after a few minutes and they picked up and asked if I had insurance. I confirmed I did and they began to ask for specifics. I asked him if he could confirm there was even somebody there to treat me before I gave him my info over the phone.
