They wanted to charge a copay when I was already out of pocket. Because they checked my insurance 3 days before my appointment, and nobody there could recheck. I guess I'll get my imaging done at the hospital.
I was real specific and it was even in my paperwork for a bigger machine. They tried to put me in a small machine head first. My shoulders wouldn't even fit. I asked for a bigger machine and was told if I waited 2.5 hours I could do a sit down MRI. I'm just scheduling with another company for this. I just made an emergency appointment with Simon Med.
DO NOT USE THEM!! THEY HAVE SHADY PRACTICES. My doctor had recommended me for routine mammogram, and sent the script to them directly. When their rep contacted me to schedule an appointment, I advised that I sometimes had some discharge in one breast but she scheduled the appointment without issues.
