Speaking as someone who was in Hospital Administration for 42 years I have been COMPLETELY impressed with Clermont Radiology. I've had 5 procedures in 2 weeks from Xrays to MRI and I found ALL office and technician personnel to be friendly, compassionate and professional. The facility is clean and professional in appearance. After my experience here I told my physician and all my neighbors that I would go nowhere else but Clermont Radiology for any outpatient radiology needs!
Scheduling was a breeze, and the entire process was incredibly quick. For a mammogram, the discomfort was reduced, by 80% (from a discomfort factor). The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and Jessica’s greeting was magical and the technicians Joan & Haley were welcoming and so knowledgeable. Thank you for providing such a comfortable and efficient experience.
My wife and I loved this place. The receptionist Jessica was so polite and professional. The place was pleasant and clean.
Was here twice this year (Kingsridge location), for a CT scan and mammo, and both times everyone was nice.
Very rude actitud of the front desk staff. No professionalism and courtesy at all. Now I understand why they score so low in google reviews.
