What an amazing experience at Clermont Mowers. Ashley was a pleasure to work with and very professional. She and her staff went above and beyond to make everything as easy as you can ask for. I purchased a trailer, lawn mower and weed eater from her and the experience was second to none. They have a life long customer in me. I highly suggest giving this establishment a try in everything you need for your landscaping needs.
I had to update my review from a lower score to a 5 because Dave and Ashley have really outdone themselves to fix an issue I had. I live 2 hours away from them and when I decided I wanted a TYM tractor they where the most responsive, and delivered it to my house. After my complaint they called me right away to let me know the issue with parts etc, and apologized for the lack of communication. There are WAY too many good things to say about this place so I’ll stick to one of my favorites. My company has bought almost all of our equipment from them at this point and the experience is unmatched. When purchasing a new mower last year there was a slight issue with the one on the show room floor no big deal I would’ve taken it anyway. Clermont Mowers went above and beyond on selling me a Scag V-ride 2. After having a miscommunication with a 48 they were selling they went ahead and gave me a deal I couldn't refuse. They also worked with me on purchasing the mower without being there since I Live two hours away. As if that wasn't enough they also offered to have it delivered. I didn't ask for all this but I know that they wanted to make sure not to loose a potential client over a miscommunication and for that I am thankful. I will hopefully be purchasing a ... read more
