I dropped my mower off there 4 weeks ago and at that time they told me they were backed up about 2 weeks. I called after 3 weeks and they said they were looking at it the next day. I stopped in 3 days later and I got the same answer that they were going to look at it the next day. I called 4 days later and they still hadn't looked at it and I was told "you can come in and get it if you want to" so I did.
Clermont Mowers is truly the best dealer in Central Florida for lawn and landscaping equipment. I’ve purchased Echo weed eaters from them that have lasted me over three years without issue, and their TruFuel is excellent for maintaining engine performance. I also use Stihl hand cutters from Clermont Mowers, and they work perfectly for trimming and detail work. They even deliver too!! Don’t waste your time coming here. Young guy behind counter was so unhelpful. Basically made me feel I was a problem for daring to ask for some equipment repair!
This store is very customer friendly & has amazing service! I went in for new weed Wacker string today and the sales agent took the time to explain what products are which and how to install it. I'll happily be back.
