I called to cancel my appointment and because I aparently didn’t listen closely enough to the voicemail to call a different number to cancel, the receptionist decided that it was a good move to patronize me. No thank you. It’s a shame because I hear exceptional things about Dr. Winfrey and I was looking forward to being seen by him.

I don't know how the Dr.s are but one walk in I decided to cancel my pre-scheduled appointment. The office looked dirty and was smelly. I'm surprised no one mentioned this in the reviews. Also when you make your first appointment you have to schedule it with a women who works out of her house and only takes calls from 9 am -11am. The first time I tried calling at 9 she didn't answer for 20 minutes later. It's just bad all the way around.Too bad because they sounded like good Dr.s.

Staff giving me runaround filling out the FMLA papereork. Apparently all I get to see is a NP. If I get to keep my job, I'm switching. I called them last thursday about meds my insurance was having issue with. I was told I would be called back. No call Called Friday told would be called by end of day no call back. My doctor is Dr. Guzik. He also is my wife's doctor. I could not ask for a better doctor. Dr Guzik is caring and treats you like you are family. We have been with him approximately 12 years and he is very knowledgeable and gives great care. I find the associates that work in his front office helpful and polite. I give the office 5+ stars.
