From the time my husband was put in here it was a fight to get to see anyone in command.know my husband could not maneuver the wheel chair and refused to give him a walker so he could safely get to the bathroom, yet knew he was walking to the bathroom without any walker. I called 3 times to inform his caseworker his home health care had no referral for him after he had been released for 2 weeks. This place should have a surprise visit for whatever government firm checks on them.
