I came in today to discuss some things , i had Sonya pull me back , check my vitals & get me ready to see the provider Fara, Sonya had such a great attitude , she cracked a little joke with me which made my day (: first time here & I loved it! They were amazing at explaining everything.
We had a fantastic experience today bringing both of our kids in for their school physicals. From the moment we walked in, the process was smooth and stress-free. Check-in was quick and easy using the self-service screen, which assigned us appointment numbers. Once called, Sara at the front desk welcomed us with such warmth—she even gave the kids a book to keep them occupied while I completed some paperwork. That small gesture meant a lot.
