Really disappointing. Have been to this location a few other times for children’s birth certificates and other forms needed where I was in and out in a matter of minutes. Just brought my 3 kids 4 and under and waited 20 mins while only one other person was helped and I saw other employees just sitting. Literally just wanted a birth certificate printed which should take two minutes. Instead I’ll be sending the form in to avoid dealing with them. Ended up walking out before ever being helped. Not very happy so far. Drove 45 minutes to this location to get a birth certificate and there is a note on the locked front door saying, will return at 1 PM. It's now 12:30. So now have to sit and wait. Would've been nice to know.
