I unfortunately had to bring my beloved dog in to be put to sleep. I was left sitting in the waiting room crying while they laughed and carried on oblivious of how insensitive they were being. Then taken to a room and the "manager" Whitney came in and began to make excuses for their behavior and stated that she must keep her composure to do this job. She can't get upset about every animal. Couldn’t diagnose a polyp in my cats ear. Gave her ear drops instead of anti biotic and were trying to tell me it was allergies from her food or outside. Spent hundreds for wrong diagnosis. Got another opinion the other vet could tell it was a polyp immediately. My cat was suffering for months because they prescribed the wrong medicine because they couldn’t diagnose her right to begin with. Disappointed. Expensive for not being able to trust what they say.
First time going, my Noah has had fleas pretty bad and the staff were great and took good care of him. I'll easily be going back.
