Couldn’t diagnose a polyp in my cats ear. Gave her ear drops instead of anti biotic and were trying to tell me it was allergies from her food or outside. Spent hundreds for wrong diagnosis. Got another opinion the other vet could tell it was a polyp immediately. My cat was suffering for months because they prescribed the wrong medicine because they couldn’t diagnose her right to begin with. Disappointed. Expensive for not being able to trust what they say.
First time going, my Noah has had fleas pretty bad and the staff were great and took good care of him. I'll easily be going back.
