I was in a tight spot had 4 windows that needed to be replaced everyone I called said 6 month wait time . The windows were in bad shape and winter was coming . I called James over at Clera Windows and Doors explained my situation. Although james was just as busy as everyone else he worked with me, got me the windows installed them long before winter came. I had Clera Windows install a brand new basement window for us and I was happy with the entire experience. James was very responsive during the entire process and the install crew were efficient and didn’t leave a mess. I will definitely be using Clera Windows and Doors again.
We used Clera to replace 5 of our windows. We were very happy with the experience. James was professional and responsive. Mike, the window installer, was informative and very efficient. Both James and Mike were great to deal with. No issues or concerns. We would definitely use Clera again and refer them to friends and family.
