What an amazing experience we just had with James at Clera windows. From start to finish all questions were answered with professionalism. Our entire experience with Clera Windows was a comedy of errors. We ordered the four basement windows, inquired about a cover for a leaded window, and purchased an exterior opening 'custom' French door in March. Installation was promised in late May early June. The actual installation date was early August. Terrible experience would not recommend. Basement windows leaked on first heavy rainfall, custom French doors not very custom and very low quality, third product never even installed. After suggesting we would be happy to pay our balance when the work was completed we were threatened with a lien. First installer had to be removed from the house due to abusive nature. We recently purchased windows through James and the entire experience was fantastic from.start to finish. James was knowledgeable, friendly and seemed to genuinely care about helping us. He took the time to explain our options and answered all our questions with patience. Installation went smoothly and our windows look amazing.
