We have used this company twice and so far the windows have been great We had our basement windows replaced as well as 3 bigger windows which gets a lot of sun. Chris listened to our concerns and ensured that the glass would meet our needs. We recently had another glass company in to reseal our older windows we haven't replaced and commented on the quality of windows/glass used on the 3 bigger, new windows.
Absolutely love love love my new door! The best part of the purchase was that I didn't know what I didn't know, Chris has an eye that gave me exactly what I wanted without me even knowing what I wanted until I got it. He read me like a book and I 💯 appreciate his eye for design.

I purchased a new front door several years ago. It warped within a couple of years of purchase. After sales service is terrible and it is like pulling teeth to get anything done. Would not recommend.
I'm happy with the product and the appearance. The installation was really quick and they cleaned up after themselves. However, after closing the sale, the sales rep, ignored my text messages, deferred all follow-ups back on to me, and sent me unprofessional GIFs from his phone. Deferring all follow-ups onto the customer is really sloppy. Forgetting who people are is sloppy. So, in my opinion, I thought the sales rep was really disorganized.
