Our experience in store was great however we were told it was going to be $120 from our salesman and that's what was on our paperwork to deliver. We told the salesman exactly how the furniture ould get in our house. When our furniture was delivered, the guy told my husband it was $200. When my husband questioned it and was going to call cleos, the delivery guy said he'd just take the $120. Not to happy I called the one of the dudes and he said I had the whole thang then we got there and we only got the fram then we had to make another parches for the Mattress and box springs they will not git my business no more
The worst furniture service store ! I don’t know how they stay open for business ! There was no even a manager if you can call him that ! He hide in the office , I don’t know if is there a training class for a sales person so they learn how to be treating customers ! If you need a salesman ask for Darren Harris ! I recently purchased 2 living room suits , a dinette set & a kitchen island ! They were delivered on a timely manner & everything was in perfect condition when they arrived ! Very satisfied with my purchase & Darren Harris the salesman that got everything done for me ! If you need furniture, go see Matt at Cleo's! The store is huge, lots of choices and the prices are very reasonable. Matt is a great guy to work with, and I'm sure the others there are too!
