On October 18th at 1:00 PM, I experienced very unprofessional service. While I was waiting to purchase my earrings, the woman assisting me spent about 10 minutes chatting with a friend instead of helping me. After finally completing the purchase, I discovered once I got home that she had given me the wrong earrings. I called the store numerous times afterward but received no answer.
