I booked my hair appointment with Rouda well in advance for a wedding, and this is the second time my appointment has been canceled just a few days before my event. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. When they canceled, no one apologized or offered any solution or alternative appointment. I wish I can give more then 5 starts! The place is stunning and super clean, I have been going to lana for my hai for the last 6 year she’s number 1 in everything she does!
