JUST HORRIBLE! – The salon ruined my shirt with hair dye from another client and the towel used to dry my hair smelled burnt from the dryer. The stylist finally acknowledged the dye on my shirt AFTER I asked her if it was dye from the cover used. She told me it was temporary dye and would come out. That is totally unacceptable!!! Absolutey Terrible – Hair salon: terrrible . the stylist have no concept of what customer service is. when you walk in they just stare at you like they want you to go away. they gossip too much, very rude. the girl who did my hair rushed, and did not even attemp to straighten out my roots. i will never go back there again. Nail Salon: I couple of weeks after i went there my toe nail started to turn white and fell off. they cant make up their minds about the prices. never again!
look elsewhere! the owner is foolish and she is treating her stylist with no respect. Cleopatra Beauty Spa is a joke! No complaints with spa area or the people that does brows, it's the stylists who need a course in "How do I give the best service possible?" These people need to learn how to greet a customer and welcome them, treat people with courtesy and respect, then listen to what the customer is saying and deliver. Beware! Run for your life!!! – I've gone here many times in the past and had a few good experiences but most were very dissappointing. These women have zero ethics, no professionalism or manners. They gossip most of the time, music is too loud (unless you're the hood type) they don't greet you when you walk in(they just stare at you), it's useless to describe how you want your hair b/c they do their own thing.My experience this past week has convinced me that I'm never going back.
QUINTEN MADE HER HAIR GROW BACK. SOUTHLAKE MALL CLEOPATRA'S – My friend, Cynthia has cancer and she went through all of the rigorous treatments. SOUTHLAKE MALL. My stylist is great & his name is Quintin – I got my hair done by a guy named Quintin. He cut and relaxed my hair. My hair is blond and so is his. Yep!!
