My experience with her left myself and my wife both feeling used. We do not believe she acts professionally. Personal bias is a driver of much of her points and recommendations. We question her ethics and after about 15 sessions found multiple charges in our insurance account from her that were duplicate. I believe she only cares about the money. We have since had other experiences with professionals that have high ethics and are amazed at what they can accomplish in 1 hour vs the steps back we took in 15 hours with Cleo.
