Wow....I've been coming to Cleo 1996. Love them, the services, and the staff. I don't think it's over priced. Shop around. I've paid less and received less elsewhere. If you don't like something ask..., But it's not what you say, it's how you say it. If you want consistent quality services, I'd go to Cleo.
There should be an option for a less than one star. This place is truly atrocious. Sure it's nice and lovely on the inside, however they lie to you and treat you like crap when you complain about the work. Awhile ago I had used them and wanted gel nails. Not only didn't they mention they didn't offer gel nails, the entire place smelled like acrylic and they charged me for gel nails.
