The technician is the real deal. Professional and effective.
We were having issues with the pilot light going off on our hot water tank for a few weeks. I had to relight the tank almost daily which was a bit of a nuisance. I contacted this service based on fellow Yelp reviewers and found him to be pleasant, knowledgeable and on time (which is huge). Over the phone I explained our situation and the tank was under warranty. He advised me to order the parts needed from the manufacturer, which were covered under the warranty.
