I went to Cleo Bay Subaru looking for a WRX STI. Wanted to buy the WRX STI RA. The salesman Josh was great, answered all my questions and was very informative/helpful. When trying negotiate price, the sales manger Jon came in and very rudely told me there is no way of price dropping at all, the RA will sell at $37,000 is firm. I knew the car was way over priced for how many miles it had and it’s condition. Cleo Bay Subaru are thieves. They charged us $8000 for a rebuilt engine. Gave us a 1 year power train warranty, 3 weeks later the check engine light comes on. We bring it back, they test it, determine it’s a cracked cylinder head in the engine they just “repaired” and tell us it’s going to cost another $5000 to fix! Really? We asked, shouldn’t that be covered under the power train warranty? Their response, “the warranty is only good for the work we did”! I do not recommend anyone bring their vehicle to be repaired here! we bought a car from Cleo bay about 6 months ago and we love it! we just went back this past weekend and bought our 2nd.. with both cars we used Bailey he is awesome..him and the staff made everything really easy and they are always really friendly..we didnt have to sit at the dealership all day which is amazing when you have two little ones!

Do NOT buy from here . They sold me a 2019 with defective paint a week after having it I noticed . They took it to a body shop to have it repainted and it’s not the same color but apparently I’m out of luck and have a two toned car . It’s completely ridiculous
