Dropped my vehicle off at a 0700 appt on a friday for a diagnostic. My car wasn’t looked at until 2 hours until close - no update before close. the communication lacks. i do not recommend.
Went in to get my oil change without a appt & was taken care of right away with no hassle parish I believe is he’s name went above & beyond to take care of me he has such a bright & fun energy thank you everyone for great customer service ❤️
Excellent Honda Service
Trustworthy, friendly, and helpful service. Parish M. made the process of making an appointment and getting my Civic serviced super easy. He gave me the sense that he's there to really help me with my car and not to sell me on unnecessary services. I especially appreciated the narrated video (see attached screen shots) from the technician showing my vehicle and the need for recommended repairs.
