Trustworthy, friendly, and helpful service. Parish M. made the process of making an appointment and getting my Civic serviced super easy. He gave me the sense that he's there to really help me with my car and not to sell me on unnecessary services. I especially appreciated the narrated video (see attached screen shots) from the technician showing my vehicle and the need for recommended repairs. Went to get a electronic problem fix. They tried but didn't have the knowledge what to do with it. They did do there best.
Worst call machine EVER! Everytime i tried to call, their answering machine kept telling me it couldnt find the contact details for the service department or my service advisor. If im calling the service department, have them answer. Not a useless AI bot. Stop wasting yalls (the dealerships) money with that bot.
